Abstract(s)
Este artigo tem por objeto apresentar o discurso legal russo moderno, enquanto
fonte de problemas no campo da tradução jurídica, fruto da evolução constante do sistema
político, económico e social da Rússia. Em particular, debruçamo-nos sobre os problemas
de equivalência textual resultantes da criação de nova terminologia legal utilizada para
denominar conceitos, que foram aparecendo à medida que o sistema jurídico daquele país
se foi desenvolvendo. É nosso objetivo analisar os fatores que mais influenciam a tradução
jurídica de russo para português, identificando algumas formas de os ultrapassar. É dado
também especial enfoque à importância da tradução jurídica enquanto diálogo intercultural
entre saberes.
This article is an approach to modern Russian legal discourse, as a source of problems in the field of legal translation, resulting from the constant evolution of the economic, social and political system in Russia. In particular, we outline the problems of textual match resulting from the creation of new legal terminology used to refer to concepts, which do not stop appearing, since the legal system of the country has been developing. It is our goal, as well, to analyze the factors that can influence legal translation from Russian to Portuguese, identifying some of the ways to overcome them. It is also given special emphasis to the importance of legal translation as an act of intercultural communication.
