A Gestão do Conhecimento é um conceito complexo e multidisciplinar atualmente é
apoiada por tecnologias e processos, cujo objetivo é promover a criação, partilha e
aplicação do conhecimento organizacional. Cada vez mais a Gestão do Conhecimento
tem um estatuto de grande importância na gestão das organizações devido aos resultados
que a sua aplicação tem no aumento da eficácia e eficiência dos serviços e processos.
O objetivo deste trabalho é o desenvolvimento de uma proposta para a Gestão do
Conhecimento na Unidade de e-Learning e Inovação Pedagógica do Politécnico do Porto
(EIPP), um dos serviços partilhados do Politécnico do Porto. Este trabalho é dividido em
duas grandes etapas: a revisão de literatura na área da gestão do conhecimento e da
aprendizagem organizacional e a realização de um estudo de caso no EIPP. Baseado nos
resultados obtidos, é proposto um modelo e um conjunto de medidas de Gestão de
Conhecimento para o EIPP. Assim, esta pesquisa propõe oferecer uma contribuição tanto
teórica, dissertando sobre os temas abordados, como prática, através da aplicação do
conhecimento obtido no contexto da gestão do conhecimento no EIPP.
Knowledge Management is a complex and multidisciplinary concept supported by technologies and processes whose objective is to promote the creation, sharing and application of organizational knowledge. Increasingly, knowledge management has an important status in the management of organizations due to the results that its application has in the increasing of effectiveness and efficiency of services and processes. The purpose of this work is the development of a proposal for knowledge management , in the e-learning and pedagogical innovation unit of the Polytechnic of Porto (EIPP), one of the shared services of the Polytechnic of Porto (P.PORTO). The process will be divided into two: the literature review by several authors regarding knowledge management and organizacional learning and the case study at EIPP. Based on the obtained results, it will be proposed for the EIPP a knowledge management model and some measures. Thus, this research offers a theoretical contribuition, talking about the approached themes, as well as a practical one through the application of the knowledge obtained in the literature and EIPP.
