Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho intitulado Empatia, Respeito, Tolerância: A prática docente pela voz dos
discentes, decorreu no âmbito da unidade curricular Prática de Ensino Supervisio nada do Mestrado
em Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e de Português e História e Geografia de Portugal do 2.º
Ciclo do Ensino Básico e é um dos elementos avaliativos do percurso académico. O trabalho a seguir
apresentado é uma descrição e reflexão sobre a prática educativa realizada ao longo de um ano
letivo, com turmas no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e no 2.º Ciclo, nas disciplinas de Português e
História e Geografia de Portugal, apresentando desafios e conquistas, e mobilizando documentos
normativos como as Aprendizagens Essenciais, o Perfil do Aluno à Saída da Escolaridade Obrigatória
e o documento regulador da Educação para a Cidadania, como forma de justificar a prática docente.
Adicionalmente, é descrito um projeto de intervenção, desenvolvido com a turma de 6.º
ano de Português, numa aproximação à investigação-ação, que procurou o melhoramento das relações
entre colegas, com base no respeito, empatia, escuta empática e entreajuda.
This work, entitled Empathy, Respect, Tolerance: Teaching practice from the students' point of view, was carried out as part of the Supervised Teaching Practice curricular unit of the Master's Degree in Teaching 1st Cycle Basic Education and Portuguese and History and Geography of Portugal in the 2nd Cycle Basic Education and is one of the evaluative elements of the academic course. The work presented below is a description and reflection on the educational practice carried out over the course of a school year, with classes in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education and the 2nd Cycle, in the subjects of Portuguese and History and Geography of Portugal, presenting challenges and achievements, and mobilizing normative documents such as Essential Learning, the Profile of the Student Leaving Compulsory Schooling and the regulatory document on Education for Citizenship, as a way of justifying teaching practice. In addition, an intervention project is described, developed with the 6th grade Portuguese class, in an action-research approach, which sought to improve relations hips between colleagues, based on respect, empathy, empathetic listening and mutual help.
