Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação teve o propósito de investigar a contribuição das Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais no processo de inclusão nas Escolas Públicas Estaduais no município de Cabo Frio-RJ. Que é ofertado aos alunos com deficiência, transtornos globais do desenvolvimento e altas habilidades/superdotação. A sala de Recurso Multifuncional é um espaço prioritário dotado de equipamentos, mobiliários, materiais didáticos e pedagógicos, para ofertar o Atendimento Educacional especializado. Para alcançar o objetivo da pesquisa, utilizamos uma metodologia de natureza qualitativa no formato de estudo de casos múltiplos, que envolveu duas escolas da rede Estadual de ensino no município de Cabo Frio. Como técnica de recolha de dados, recorremos à observação não participante nas duas Salas de Recursos Multifuncionais e entrevistas semiestruturadas, realizadas individualmente com dois gestores, oito professores regentes das classes inclusivas e dois professores das Salas de Recursos multifuncionais. As entrevistas foram gravadas em áudio e posteriormente transcritas e validadas pelos participantes. Para sustentar teoricamente esta investigação fez-se uma revisão da literatura que consolida informações acerca da história da Educação Inclusiva e da legislação que concerne a Educação Especial. Os resultados das análises levaram a concluir que, a despeito de inúmeros obstáculos, de várias ordens, a Sala de Recursos Multifuncionais tem impactado positivamente os processos de inclusão dos alunos com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais matriculados nas escolas públicas estudadas.
The present dissertation had the purpose of investigating the contribution of Multifunctional Resource Rooms in the process of inclusion in the state public schools of Cabo Frio-RJ. Offered to students with deficiencies, global development issues and gifted students, the Multifunctional Resource Room is a space with equipment and didactic material, which offers Specialized Educational Attendance. In order to reach the objectives of the research, it was used a qualitative method in the format of multiple case study, which involved two state schools in the city of Cabo Frio. As the method of collecting data it was utilized, non-participating observation in the Multifunctional Resource Rooms and semi structured interviews, realized individually with two managers, eight professors of inclusive classes and two professors of Multifunctional Resource Rooms. The interviews were recorded as audio and later transcribed and validated by the participants. In order to sustain the theoretical base of this investigation, there was a review of the literature which consolidates the information regarding the history of Inclusive Education and the legislation concerning Special Education. The results of the analysis led to the conclusion that, despite innumerous obstacles, the Multifunctional Resource Rooms had a positive impact in the process of inclusion of students with Special Education Necessities in the public schools that were part of the research.
