Abstract(s)
Os temas sensíveis na História são, atualmente, uma temática que não pode deixar de ser discutida no âmbito mais abrangente da pesquisa em Educação Histórica. Por sua vez, a presença (ou ausência) de determinadas referências curriculares oficiais espelha certa forma de interpretar e ‘orientar’ a realidade social, num enquadramento que integra, de modo inegável, uma dimensão política e ideológica. Nesse sentido, apresenta-se o resultado de uma pesquisa documental que se centrou nas referências àquelas ‘questões socialmente vivas’ presentes ou ausentes no currículo oficial definido para o Ensino Básico português. No final, pretende-se sobretudo promover uma reflexão integrada sobre o processo de ensino e de aprendizagem da História.
Today, sensitive topics in History are a matter that can’t be left undiscussed in the more omnibus scope of the research in History Education. In its turn, the presence (or absence) of certain official curricular references reflects a way of interpreting and ‘orienting’ the social reality, in a frame that includes, undeniably, a political and ideological dimension. In that sense, we present the result of a documental research focused on the references to those ‘socially alive subjects’ present or absent in the official curriculum defined for Portuguese Basic Education. In the end, we mainly intend to promote an integrated reflection about the processes of teaching and learning History.
