Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio integra um projeto de investigação que visa analisar a perspetiva de jovens músicos sobre os fatores motivacionais envolvidos na prática orquestral. O presente estudo centrou-se na recolha de dados obtidos através de um questionário implementado a uma amostra de conveniência constituída por 66 elementos da Orquestra Juvenil da Bonjóia. Na análise de dados verificou-se que o convívio com os colegas, o repertório, a sonoridade do grupo, a aprovação dos pares e o sentimento de competência advindo do sucesso estão entre os fatores motivacionais mais citados pelos alunos. Os resultados desta investigação revelaram-se consistentes com a literatura consultada e contribuíram para um aprofundamento e uma melhor compreensão do conhecimento atual.
The present Internship Report is part of an investigation project that aims to analyze the perspective of young musicians regarding the motivational factors involved in the orchestral practice. This study focused in collecting data from a survey implemented to a convenience sample constituted by 66 elements of the Bonjóia Juvenile Orchestra. It was acknowledged during the data analysis that the fellowship between colleagues, the repertory, the group's sonority, the peers' approval and the sense of achievement as a result of success are among the most mentioned motivational factors by students. The results of this investigation comply with the reviewed literature and contributed to a better understanding and deepening of the current knowledge.
