Este documento espelha a experiência de co-construção do desenho e
desenvolvimento de um projeto de Educação e Intervenção Social numa
Associação Social e Cultural que tem no cerne da sua ação um grupo de
percussão. Para a consecução do projeto, partiu-se do paradigma socio-critico
seguindo a metodologia de Investigação-Ação Participativa. Desta metodologia
resultou a escuta ativa das perceções, dos sentires das diferentes pessoas
inerentes ao contexto, tal como se deu lugar à observação participante das
dinâmicas contextuais, sob a intensão de identificar problemas, necessidades,
recursos e potencialidades. Esta co-identificação permitiu a conceção e o
desenvolvimento do projeto “A rufar com a tradição: Música de percussão
como portal de desenvolvimento associativo”. O projeto teve na
democratização da participação e no aumento do fluxo comunicacional as suas
principais metas rumo à essência do associativismo. O projeto permitiu um
percurso que aumentou, gradualmente, o envolvimento de membros e sócios
nas dinâmicas da associação e lhes devolveu a essência de fruição e um sentido
de grupo mais apurado.
This document reflects the experience of co-construction of the design and development a project of Education and Social Intervention in a social and cultural association that has at the heart of its action a group of percussion. In order to achieve the project, the socio-critical paradigm was based on the Research-Participatory Action methodology. This methodology resulted in an active listening to the perceptions, the feelings of the different people inherent to the context, as well as the participative observation of the contextual dynamics, in order to identify problems, needs, resources and potentialities. This co-identification allowed the conception and development of the project "Drumming with tradition: Percussion music as a portal of associative development". The project had in the democratization of participation and in the increase of the communicational flow its main goals towards the essence of associativism. The project allowed a path that gradually increased the involvement of members and members in the dynamics of the association and gave them back the essence of fruition and a more accurate sense of group.
