Este projecto tem como objectivo principal contribuir para a difusão de algumas obras dos compositores barrocos holandeses Pieter Bustijn (1649-1729), Quirinus van Blankenburg (1654-1739) e Sybrandus van Noordt (1659-1705), debatendo questões históricas, estilísticas e interpretativas, procedendo também à comparação com alguns compositores seus contemporâneos tais como Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) e Georg Friedrich Händel (1685-1759).
As obras destes compositores serão trabalhadas e interpretadas no recital final de mestrado, sendo as seguintes: Suite em lá menor de Pieter Bustijn, Fuga Obligata de Quirinus van Blankenburg e Sonata para cravo solo1 de Sybrandus van Noordt.
This project aims to contribute to the dissemination of works of the Dutch Baroque composers Pieter Bustijn (1649-1729), Quirinus van Blankenburg (1654-1739) and Sybrandus van Noordt (1659-1705) debating history, style and interpretation and comparing them to their contemporary composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750) and Georg Friedrich Händel (1685-1759).
