Abstract(s)
O presente relatório reflete os processos que deram origem ao
desenvolvimento de um projeto num Centro Comunitário. Sendo desde o início
um projeto guiado pela metodologia de Investigação Ação Participativa, é
desenvolvido a partir daqueles que são os contributos e a participação das
pessoas, tanto no desenvolvimento do projeto e nos seus resultados, bem
como na construção de conhecimentos. Neste sentido, o “Projeto Reinventar
Experiências do Passado” tem como finalidade contribuir para o reforço da
participação das pessoas em situação de desemprego prolongado nos
processos de tomada de decisão e o aumento da autoestima e autoconfiança
das mesmas. A designação, atribuída pelas mulheres que deste projeto fizeram
parte, permitiu compreender a reatribuição de significado às experiências do
passado através de processos relacionados com a escrita e partilha das histórias
de vida. Avaliado segundo o modelo CIPP (Contexto, Entrada, Processo e
Produto), este projeto orienta-se pelos princípios da intervenção em Educação
Social, tendo como propósito a mudança e resultando num processo de
continua evolução ao longo do tempo. Assim sendo, o maior propósito passa
por garantir a mudança social dos envolvidos no projeto, valorizando todas e
cada uma das suas potencialidades e necessidades.
The following assessment reflects the processes that gave origin to the development of a project in a Community Center. Since it is a project guided by participatory action research methodology, it is developed from those that are the contributions and the participation of the people involved, both in the development of the project and its results, as well as building knowledge. In this sense, “Projeto Reinventar Experiências do Passado” has the purpose of contributing to the reinforcement of people’s participation that live in a situation of prolonged unemployment in the process of decision making and the increase of self-esteem and self-confidence of those people. The designation, attributed by the women who participated in this project, allowed to reassign meaning to the experiences of the past through processes related to writing and sharing of life stories. Evaluated according to the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product), this project reflects the intervention principles of a Social Education project, aiming at change and resulting in a process of continuous evolution over time. Thus, the main purpose is to guarantee the social change of those involved in the project, valuing each and every one of their potentialities and needs.
