Abstract(s)
A aprendizagem é uma constante da vida, tal como o sonho, nas palavras de
António Gedeão. É através dela que se percorre o longo caminho de construção
de uma identidade profissional rica em experiências de prática de ensino e
partilha de saberes. Neste relatório de estágio surgem explanadas todas estas
vivências de um ano de crescimento académico, pessoal e profissional
experienciado pela professora estagiária, em contexto educativo, com o
objetivo de refletir, de forma crítica e fundamentada em pressupostos legais e
teóricos, sobre o sentido maior de ser professor nos dias de hoje.
Na certeza de que a articulação de saberes científicos, didáticos e
pedagógicos explorados ao longo da formação académica e profissional foi
essencial para direcionar a prática educativa no caminho da construção de
verdadeiras aprendizagens por parte das crianças, revela-se também
imprescindível a valorização dos momentos de trabalho colaborativo
desenvolvidos com o par pedagógico, os professores cooperantes e os
supervisores institucionais. É também neste sentido que as dimensões
profissional, reflexiva e investigativa elevam a ação pedagógica da professora
em formação.
O projeto de investigação explorado sobre a importância dos aspetos
emocionais dos estudantes envolvidos no Projeto Fénix ao nível da Matemática
para a aquisição e desenvolvimento de saberes revelou-se profícuo para
incentivar a mestranda a percorrer um caminho repleto de desafios propícios a
cativar as crianças para a sua envolvência no mundo através da educação.
Assim, é na vontade de provocar aprendizagens significativas nos estudantes
pela realização de desafios que este caminho na educação prossegue.
Learning is a constant of life, just like the dream, in the words of António Gedeão. It is through this that we walk the long path of building a professional identity filled up with experiences of teaching practice and sharing knowledge. In this report, all the experiences of a year of academic, personal and professional growth experienced by the trainee teacher in an educational context are presented, with the purpose of reflecting in a critical way, based on legal and theoretical assumptions, about the sense of being a teacher these days. In the certainty that the articulation of scientific, didactic and pedagogical knowledge developed during the academic and professional training was essential to direct the educational practice towards the construction of true learning by the children, it is also crucial to appreciate the moments of collaborative work done with the pedagogical partner, cooperating teachers and institutional supervisors. It is also in this sense that the professional, reflective and investigative dimensions elevate the pedagogical action of the trainee teacher. The research project which was explored on the importance of the emotional aspects of the students involved in the Fénix Project in Mathematics for the acquisition and development of knowledge proved to be useful to encourage the trainee teacher to take a path full of challenges to attract children to their involvement in the world through education. Therefore, this path in education will go on in order to cause significant learning in students through challenges.
