Abstract(s)
desenvolvido.
This report was developed under the traineeship held at ASL & Associates company, with a duration of 6 months. The development of this work aims a first study on the changes to the DL 118/2013 suffered from 1 January 2016, contextualizing with the energy certification of existing residential buildings (REH), since it was the work throughout the traineeship. Initially, it analyzed the legislation in force, regarding the thermal performance of buildings in Portugal (managed by the agency for energy - ADENE), later to be studied and summarized, with a view to their use and implementation of the case study. After making the legislative introduction, as well as the presentation of the subject, the report's structure, activities on stage and the company in which it held the stage (ASL & Associates), it was necessary considering relevant apply the methodology and regulatory requirements to a case study, which served as the basis to prove the practical level the impact the energy level caused by the changes to the DL 118/2013 suffered. Thus, a building of 4 floors and 4 units, located at street D. João IV, Porto, was analyzed and only been presented in detail the values and parameters for a single fraction, making up comparisons of energy performance before and after rehabilitation with requirements prescribed in legislative documents in force until the end of 2015 and the present (2016). Finally, by analyzing the energy performance indicators, it determined the impact of legislative changes came cause, the level of need to increase insulation in order to meet the regulatory limits and the overall annual energy cost is reduced compared to the previous rules, so in order to perform an assessment and critical analysis, based on comparisons made in the case study developed.
