Abstract(s)
Este trabalho foi desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Logística em contexto empresarial, no retalhista alimentar líder em Portugal, a Modelo Continente. O grupo SONAE, pela sua dimensão e foco em melhorar constantemente, permite as equipas trabalharem diariamente no âmbito do desenvolvimento operacional, procurando rentabilidade quantitativa e qualitativa em cada iniciativa. A iniciativa é realizada pela área de desenvolvimento (gestão de projetos), BIT (sistemas de informação) e e-commerce (gestão operacional). Neste projeto é explicado de que forma a Modelo Continente resolveu o desafio de eliminar o transporte de produtos comprados via online, em carrinhas com galeras disponíveis para transportar alimentos a frio positivo e frio negativo. É também explicado como a inovação garantiu que os produtos continuem a ser transportados com qualidade e segurança para todos os clientes da darkstore da SONAE MC. Realizada uma contextualização sobre qual o objetivo da Cadeia de Abastecimento, remetendo e citando os melhores profissionais da área e uma breve explicação do material utilizado. Este projeto conta ainda com uma explicação detalhada sobre a aplicação que foi desenvolvida no âmbito deste projeto. O resultado foi a implementação desta solução que poderá vir a crescer tecnologicamente uma vez que a informação e os equipamentos estão disponíveis.
This project was developed in the business sphere, in the leading food retailer in Portugal, Modelo Continente. The SONAE group, due to its size and focus on constantly improving itself, allows certain teams to work daily in the field of development, seeking quantitative and qualitative profitability in each initiative. This initiative is carried out by the development area (project management), BIT (information systems) and e-commerce (operational management). In this project it is explained how Modelo Continente solved the challenge of eliminating the transport of products online in vans with galleys available to transport positive cold food and negative cold. It is also explained how innovation has ensured that products continue to be transported with quality and safety to all customers of the SONAE MC darkstore. A contextualization was carried out on the objective of the Supply Chain, referring and citing the best professionals in the area and a brief explanation of the material used. This project also has a detailed explanation about the application that was developed under this project. The result was the implementation of this solution which may grow technologically once information and equipment are available.
