Abstract(s)
mercado.
A compreensão do impacto dessas
The growing interest in adopting sustainable Human Resources (HR) practices in organisations has been driven by environmental, social and economic concerns. Due to the pressures felt, incorporating sustainable approaches into HR strategies has become essential in building resilient and socially responsible organisations. Sustainable Human Resource Management (SHRM) has thus emerged, playing a crucial role in these initiatives. The aim of the research is to establish the connection between sustainability and human resource management, exploring how sustainable HR practices can improve reputation, employee satisfaction, operational efficiency and market competitiveness. Sustainability is a relevant topic in the current context and represents an essential field of study for understanding how companies can align their economic objectives with environmental and social concerns. Understanding the impact of these practices is fundamental for HR managers and professionals seeking to improve the efficiency and social responsibility of organisations. Thise research is based on a case study methodological approach, which analysed the impact of sustainable HR practices, taking into account the reality of a specific entrepreneurial. It can be concluded that the respondents recognise and value the sustainable human resources practices implemented by the JAP Group, which promote employee satisfaction, involvement and well-being, providing a healthier and more productive working environment. It can be inferred that there is good communication and transparency on the part of the group when it comes to publicising and clarifying these practices.
