Abstract(s)
Face à representatividade que o Employer Branding tem vindo a ganhar no seio
empresarial, o presente projeto trata a aplicação de uma estratégia no processo de
acolhimento e integração, com o objetivo de obter um impacto positivo na retenção de
talento.
Na concretização do estudo, realizou-se uma discussão da literatura e a obtenção dos
dados foi efetuada através do recurso a análise documental e aplicação de Focus Group
aos colaboradores da empresa Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Blades S.A. de
Vagos.
A proposta apresentada assenta nos atributos e caracteristicas do employer branding da
SGRE, estando em simultâneo alinhada com as boas práticas de acolhimento e integração,
como também com os principios de retenção.
Concluindo-se que é possível relacionar as três vertentes que constituem o projeto:
Employer Branding – Acolhimento e Integração – Retenção, tanto na discussão da
literatura como na proposta apresentada, respondendo postitivamente à questão de
investigação.
According to the importance that Employer Branding has been gaining in the business world, this project deals with the application of a strategy in the onboarding process, with the objective of obtaining a positive impact on talent retention. In order to carry out the study, a discussion of the literature was conducted and data was obtained through document analysis and the application of a Focus Group to the employees of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Blades S.A. in Vagos. The proposal presented is based on the attributes and characteristics of the employer branding of SGRE, being simultaneously aligned with good practices of onboarding, as well as with the principles of retention. In conclusion, it is possible to relate the three aspects that make up the project: Employer Branding - Onboarding - Retention, both in the discussion of the literature and in the proposal presented, responding positively to the research question.
