Abstract(s)
Este relatório descreve o estágio curricular realizado na empresa Telhabel Construções, S.A., no
âmbito do Mestrado em Engenharia Civil – ramo de Gestão da Construção. O estágio decorreu
na obra de construção dos edifícios do Lote 2 - Edifício Lake, empreendimento The Garden, em
Matosinhos, e teve como principal objetivo a consolidação de conhecimentos técnicos e
práticos através do acompanhamento de atividades relacionadas com o controlo de materiais.
Foi dada especial atenção ao controlo da qualidade de materiais como betão, aço, agregados,
aditivo hidrófugo e calda de cimento, com base em ensaios laboratoriais, ensaios em obra e nos
procedimentos internos da empresa. Adicionalmente, realizou-se um estudo sobre o
desperdício de betão em obra, incluindo a análise de desvios entre o betão previsto e o
efetivamente utilizado, bem como a identificação das suas causas e potenciais medidas
corretivas.
O relatório inclui ainda a caracterização da obra, as funções da equipa de direção de obra, o
perfil do Diretor de Obra, os métodos de medição e monitorização aplicados, e as boas práticas
observadas em termos de sustentabilidade e gestão eficiente de recursos.
A experiência contribuiu de forma significativa para o desenvolvimento de competências
técnicas, pessoais e interpessoais, num contexto real de obra.
This report describes the curricular internship carried out at Telhabel Construções, S.A., as part of the Master's Degree in Civil Engineering – Construction Management branch. The internship took place on the construction site of the Llote 2 – Edifício Lake, The Garden project, in Matosinhos, and aimed to consolidate technical and practical knowledge through the supervision of activities related to materials control. Special attention was given to the quality control of materials such as concrete, steel, aggregates, waterproofing admixture, and cement grout, based on laboratory tests, on-site tests, and the company's internal procedures. Additionally, a study was carried out on concrete waste on site, including the analysis of deviations between the planned and actually used concrete, as well as the identification of causes and possible corrective measures. The report also includes the characterization of the project, the responsibilities of the site management team, the profile of the Site Manager, the measurement and monitoring methods applied, and good practices observed in terms of sustainability and efficient resource management. The internship experience contributed significantly to the development of technical, personal, and interpersonal skills, within a real construction site context.
