Abstract(s)
Este projecto é uma auto-etnografia, quase auto-retrato, de um querer pós-fenomenológico, que recorre ao método de investigação-acção monográfico. Parte da minha vontade de compreender melhor a forma como o meu olhar sobre caminhadas quotidianas que faço, me afecta no processo criativo. A pesquisa implicou referências acerca de caminhadas e dos caminhantes a que elas se entregam, da significância do objecto artístico, da imediatidade e espontaneidade da criação, do entre sentir - pensar - fazer. Tanto as caminhadas como a escrita, assumem um papel preponderante na recolha de fragmentos/sementes criativas. Ambas representam uma fenda no mundo, no meu pensar e sentir, onde se dão as ideias e se dão umas com as outras e umas às outras.
Neste sentido, avancei para a criação artística de uma obra transdisciplinar, Entrespassos, que contempla as linguagens poéticas da palavra e do som (acrescentando ao projecto de investigação, a visual - fotografia), cujos alicerces criativos se sustentaram no mundo que me é externo e na sensação causada pela minha observação e escuta atentas, como principais responsáveis expressivos e geradores de conteúdo artístico.
Espero com este projecto de investigação e respectivo objecto artístico, partilhar a urgência da receptividade sensorial e abertura do espírito à criação de uma obra, a partir de algo gerado e germinado em torno de uma postura de deslumbramento quase infantil, de um deslumbre perante o nosso quotidiano.
This project is an auto-ethnography, almost a self-portrait, of a post-phenomenological desire that uses the method of monographic action research. It stems from my desire to better understand how my perspective on the daily walks I take affects me in the creative process. The bibliographic research involved references about walks and the walkers who engage in them, the significance of the artistic object, the immediacy and spontaneity of creation, and the interplay between feeling, thinking, and doing. Both walking and writing play a predominant role in gathering creative fragments/seeds. Both represent a crack in the world, in my thinking and feeling, where ideas emerge and interact with one another. In this sense, I moved towards the artistic creation of a transdisciplinary work titled Entrespassos, which encompasses the poetic languages of word and sound (adding visual elements—photography—to the research project), with creative foundations rooted in the external world and the sensations caused by my attentive observation and listening, which are the main expressive and content-generating forces of the artistic endeavour. With this research project and its corresponding artistic object, I hope to share the urgency of sensory receptivity and the openness of spirit in creating a work that emerges and germinates from a posture of almost childlike wonder, a marvel at our everyday lives.
