Abstract(s)
A utilização do sistema construtivo de elementos pré-fabricados vem se mostrando a melhor solução na
atual busca do mercado pela racionalização de prazos e sustentabilidade. O estudo realizado neste
trabalho visou analisar as ligações estruturais de pré-fabricados através da demonstração dos diversos
tipos de ligações existentes. A partir da análise de conteúdo de um gráfico demonstrativo da incidência
de utilização de pré-fabricados em tipos de obra específicos, constatou-se que a incidência da utilização
de pré-fabricados na indústria brasileira vem se tornando cada vez mais recorrente, principalmente nas
áreas de Shoppings Centers, Indústrias e Edifícios Comerciais. Foi realizada uma ampla pesquisa
bibliográfica que possibilitou a conceituação e análise de elementos essenciais ao sistema construtivo dos
pré-fabricados, como fundações, pilares, vigas, lajes, escadas e paredes, bem como dos tipos de sistemas
estruturais e ligações estruturais existentes. Foram utilizados diversos elementos ilustrativos para
exemplificar os vários tipos de ligações que podem ser encontradas nos elementos pré-fabricados. A
análise das ligações estruturais utilizadas do sistema de elementos pré-fabricados, bem como da
viabilidade e benefícios resultantes da utilização de tal sistema na construção civil, foram verificados por
meio do estudo de caso de um estacionamento localizado na Praça dos Poveiros, Porto – Portugal.
Constatou-se, por via desse estudo, que, ao fazer a montagem da estrutura e da ligação de seus
componentes, é necessário que o projetista estrutural faça um detalhamento de todas as ligações
existentes, visando que estas fiquem firmes e não resultem em nenhum dano à obra. Conclui-se que a
utilização de sistemas pré-moldados proporciona maior rapidez e eficiência à construção, tornando-se,
apesar do alto custo, o sistema mais apropriado para certos tipos de obras.
The use of the constructive system of prefabricated elements has proved the best solution in the current search market by streamlining deadlines and sustainability. The study in this paper aimed to analyze the structural connections of prefabricated by demonstrating the different types of connections. From the content analysis of a statement graph of incidence of use of prefabricated specific types of work, it was found that the incidence of use of pre-made in Brazilian industry is becoming increasingly recurrent, especially in areas of Shopping Centers, Industries and Commercial Buildings. Was held a comprehensive literature search that led to the conceptualization and analysis of essential elements to the constructive system of prefabricated, as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs and walls as well as the types of structural systems and the structural connections. Various illustrative components to exemplify the various types of connections that can be found in prefabricated elements were used. Analysis of the structural connections used system of precast elements as well as the feasibility and benefits resulting from the use of such a system in construction, have been checked through the case study of a parking located in the Plaza of Poveiros, Porto - Portugal . It was found, through this study, that by making the assembly of the structure and bonding of its components, it is necessary that the structural designer do a detailing of all the links, aiming it becomes firm and do not result in any damage to the construction. It follows that the use of precast systems provides faster and more efficient construction, making it despite its high cost, the most suitable system for certain types of works.
