| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório enquadra-se no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de DIPRE – Dissertação, Projeto e Estágio, do 2º ano, do Mestrado em Engenharia Civil, Ramo de Construções, do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, tendo neste caso sido realizado o estágio curricular na empresa Porto Vivo, SRU - Sociedade de Reabilitação Urbana da Baixa Portuense S.A.. O referido estágio teve início em fevereiro de 2017 e término em julho de 2017. O relatório apresenta um registo das atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio num dos núcleos da empresa em que o estagiário se integrou. Essas atividades incidiram, nomeadamente, em vistorias para determinação do estado de conservação de edifícios e acompanhamento de projetos e obras na área de intervenção da Porto Vivo, SRU. Para além de uma apresentação geral das tarefas desenvolvidas, são relatadas com mais pormenor as soluções construtivas implementadas em duas Operações realizadas pela Porto Vivo, SRU e cujas obras o estagiário acompanhou enquanto integrou o Núcleo de Gestão de Obras. Procedeu-se ainda à realização de uma síntese dos elementos construtivos existentes e as respetivas soluções de reabilitação implementadas. Nessa síntese, verifica-se o coeficiente de transmissão térmica inicial e após a reabilitação dos elementos da envolvente exterior de habitação e comércio e comparam-se com os valores máximos permitidos até final de 2015 e a partir de 2016. Finalmente apresentam-se as conclusões finais e desenvolvimentos futuros acerca do trabalho realizado. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report falls within the scope of the DIPRE Curricular Unit - Dissertation, Project and Internship, of the 2nd year, of the Master in Civil Engineering, Construction Branch, of Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, in which case the curricular internship In the company Porto Vivo, SRU - Society for Urban Rehabilitation of Baixa Portuense SA. The referred stage began in February 2017 and ends in July 2017. The report presents a record of the activities carried out during the internship in one of the core areas of the company in which the trainee took part. These activities focused in particular on surveys to determine the state of conservation of buildings and the monitoring of projects and works in the intervention area of Porto Vivo, SRU. In addition to a general presentation of the tasks carried out, the constructive solutions implemented in two operations carried out by Porto Vivo, SRU and whose works the trainee followed while integrating the Núcleo de Gestão de Obras sare described in more detail. A synthesis of the existing building elements and their rehabilitation solutions was also carried out. In this synthesis, the initial thermal transmission coefficient and after the rehabilitation of the elements of the external housing and commerce are verified and are compared with the maximum values allowed until the end of 2015 and from 2016.
