Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio aborda o processo de formação da mestranda durante a Prática Educativa Supervisionada em contexto de Creche e Educação Pré-Escolar. Dividido em três capítulos, este documento tem como objetivo explorar as competências e as aprendizagens desenvolvidas no decorrer dos dois estágios profissionalizantes, tendo como temática principal a participação e o envolvimento das famílias nos contextos educativos.
Ao longo do trabalho, apresenta-se a fundamentação das ações pedagógicas através de referentes teórico-legais e mobilizam-se, entre os diferentes capítulos, conhecimentos teóricos, pedagógicos e didáticos, com vista a fortalecer a prática educativa. As ações educativas desenvolvidas seguiram as linhas orientadoras da metodologia investigação-ação, através da qual se percorreu, de uma forma intuitiva, um ciclo de processos composto pelas fases de observação, planificação, ação, avaliação e reflexão, com a intenção de evolução e transformação das mesmas.
O desenvolvimento do presente relatório de estágio permitiu concluir que a participação das famílias se traduz num processo gradual e demorado, sendo necessário assumir uma postura de resiliência e perseverança face às realidades mais adversas. Posto isto, este trabalho enfatiza a importância da reflexão crítica e colaborativa na procura das estratégias que melhor se adequam a cada contexto educativo, de modo a maximizar a participação e envolvimento das famílias.
The present internship report addresses the training process of the master's student during the Supervised Educational Practice in the context of Nursery and Pre-School Education. Divided into three chapters, this document aims to explore the competencies and learning developed during the two professionalizing internships, with the main theme being the participation and involvement of families in educational contexts. Throughout the work, the foundation of pedagogical actions is presented through theoretical-legal references, and theoretical, pedagogical, and didactic knowledge are mobilized among the different chapters, aiming to strengthen educational practice. The educational actions developed followed the guidelines of the action research methodology, through which, intuitively, a cycle of processes composed of the phases of observation, planning, action, evaluation, and reflection was traversed, with the intention of evolution and transformation of educational practices. The development of this internship report allowed concluding that family participation translates into a gradual and lengthy process, requiring an attitude of resilience and perseverance in the face of more adverse realities. Therefore, this work emphasizes the importance of critical and collaborative reflection in seeking strategies that best suit each educational context, in order to maximize family participation and involvement.
