Abstract(s)
This report falls within the scope of the curricular unit of DIPRE, from the 2nd half, of the 2nd year of the Construction Management option from the Master course in Civil Engineering of ISEP and was developed under a curricular internship at COGEDIR, Project Management SA. This report aims to develop the subject of composition of production costs, inherent to the budgeting process, area of knowledge of project management known as cost management. According to the PMBOK (1), project is the effort spent for a certain period to produce something, a product or a service. This report presents a cost sheet model built on the principles of budgeting and whose applicability is materialized into a case study of a project whose purpose is the rehabilitation of roads. The purpose of developing this sheet is to help the company in the estimation of the costs resulting from the work necessary to build roads, providing credible information on costs associated with the different kinds of work that the roads are targeted at its rehabilitation. The preparation of these sheets was also motivated by the existing lack of information regarding the costs of road works oriented to the rehabilitation. At the beginning of this report is set out a brief analysis, based on data obtained during the internship, which allows you to get a little idea of the current market situation in the public works concerned. Then, for a better understanding of the work and the costs considered, was briefly addressed the issue of roads rehabilitation, with the description of the types of pavement and pathologies generated in them, throughout their life. Later it was developed the theme of costs with the presentation of the procedure followed for the preparation of the costs sheets.
