O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito da disciplina dissertação/projeto/estágio (DIPRE) que se enquadra no plano de estudos do 2º ano do Mestrado em Engenharia Civil, do ISEP, e resulta de um estágio proporcionado pela empresa Euromodal, tendo como orientador no ISEP o Engenheiro José Filinto Castro Trigo e supervisor na empresa Euromodal, o Engenheiro Francisco Quintas Araújo.
A construção de pavilhões industriais recorrendo à pré-fabricação em betão armado é uma solução construtiva cada vez mais utilizada em todo o mundo.
Há cerca de 40 anos que a construção industrializada ocupou especial destaque na Península Ibérica, tendo-se assistido a uma rápida evolução e expansão devido a um conjunto de fatores, dos quais se destacam a velocidade de execução, bem como a boa qualidade do produto em causa.
No presente trabalho é apresentada uma recolha bibliográfica sobre a pré-fabricação, em particular sobre as ligações entre elementos, descrevendo-se o processo construtivo de um pavilhão industrial executado com materiais pré-fabricados visando todos os pormenores durante a e execução do mesmo e todas as soluções de ligação entre elementos.
The present report was made into the subject of Dissertation, Project and Supervised Practice (DIPRE) and is inserted in the study of the second year and second semester of Civil Engeneering Master's Course in the construction business at the Institute of Engineering of Porto. The construction of stores using the prefabrication of reinforced concrete is a constructive solution increasingly used throughout the world. About 40 years industrialized construction had special emphasis on the Iberian Peninsula, which has seen a rapid development and expansion due to a number of factors, among which are the speed of execution and the good quality of the product cause. The present work presents a literature collection on prefabrication, particularly on the connections between elements, describing the construction process of an industrial building executed with prefabricated materials targeting all the details for it and implementing it and all binding solutions between elements.
