Abstract(s)
Este relatório pretende avaliar o desempenho térmico de um edifício existente, construído em 1970, e
comparar com o que apresentará após ser sujeito a diversas intervenções nas soluções construtivas
adotadas e nos equipamentos.
Nos dias que hoje decorrem, as condições de qualidade de vida das populações têm vindo a melhorar e
por isso os sistemas construtivos dos edifícios têm que ser aperfeiçoados até porque a legislação assim o
obriga.
A atual regulamentação de desempenho térmico dos edifícios, o Decreto-Lei nº 118/2013 já sofreu quatro
alterações e a sua metodologia de cálculo também tem sido alvo de modificações importantes realizadas
através de publicações de diversas Portarias.
No caso de estudo apresentado, foi adotada a metodologia definida nesta legislação para um edifício
misto existente e comparados os resultados obtidos após o edifício ser reabilitado. Para esta análise
utilizou-se: o método detalhado realizado manualmente e através da folha de Excel desenvolvida pelo
ITEcons e o método simplificado com o método detalhado no antes da reabilitação.
A folha de cálculo da ITEcons faz a avaliação do comportamento térmico e do desempenho energético
dos edifícios e disponibiliza o preenchimento de toda a informação necessária à emissão de Pré-
Certificados e Certificados Energéticos.
Por fim avaliaram-se as medidas propostas na reabilitação e os impactos que teriam na certificação
energética das frações estudadas.

Nowadays, the quality of our lives is better, so we must start to improve our buildings as the law implies. The current regulation of thermal in buildings, Decree-Law 118/2013, has been updated from various Ordinances. To give the example, the methodology defined in this legislation was chosen for a mixed building, comparing the rehabilitated building with the results obtained in the detailed method done manually with the resulting values of the Excel sheet. Then, simplified method with the detailed method in the before the rehabilitation. The ITEcons spreadsheet assesses the thermal performance and energy performance of buildings, where it provides all the necessary information for the issuance of Pre-Certificates and Energy Certificates. Finally, the measures proposed in the rehabilitation were evaluated and the impacts they would have on the energy certification of the studied fractions.
