| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio foi elaborado no âmbito da unidade curricular de DIPRE (Dissertação/Projeto/Estágio), do 2º semestre do 2º ano do Mestrado de Engenharia Civil, do ramo de Construção do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. Este documento refere-se ao estágio desenvolvido em ambiente empresarial na GNS Building Solutions S.A. durante cerca de seis meses. Neste período foi concedida a oportunidade de desempenhar diversas tarefas no âmbito da Engenharia Civil. Numa primeira fase, o estágio foi desenvolvido no departamento de Medição e Orçamentação, onde foi possível o primeiro contacto com projetos, clientes e fornecedores. Na segunda fase do estágio foi possível tomar contacto com o departamento de produção, acompanhando diferentes obras, o que permitiu uma aprendizagem mais profunda do processo de construção. Neste relatório procurou-se descrever as técnicas construtivas da casa Burguesa do Porto e as soluções adotadas na sua intervenção, caso prático que foi dado a acompanhar durante o estágio realizado. O relatório encontra-se dividido em quatro capítulos. No segundo capítulo é apresentada a empresa, GNS Building Solutions SA, e algumas das tarefas desenvolvidas na mesma. No terceiro capítulo é apresentada a Casa Burguesa do Porto, dando a conhecer as suas características e técnicas construtivas utilizadas na época de construção. Logo após, expõe-se o caso de estudo, onde se analisa o levantamento das tecnologias construtivas do edificado e se apresenta as alterações a que o mesmo foi sujeito durante o tempo de estágio. Por último são retiradas algumas conclusões do presente relatório bem como desenvolvimentos a ter em consideração sobre o tema apresentado. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The current report was developed in the framework of the course of DIPRE (Dissertation/Project/Internship), in the second semester of the second year of the Civil Engineer Master degree, Construction Branch, in Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. The present document concerns the internship, developed in a business environment, in the company GNS Building Solutions S.A. which had the duration of 6 months. During this period it was granted the opportunity to perform various tasks in the scope of Civil Engineer. In a first stage, the internship was carried out in the Measuring and Budget Department, where it was possible to have the first contact with some projects, clients and suppliers. In a second stage of the internship was possible to get in touch with the production department, accompanying different works, which allowed a more profound understanding of the construction processes. This report aimed to describe the construction techniques used in the Porto’s Bourgeois House and the adopted solutions in it’s intervention, which was the practical case that was given to follow throughout the internship. The report is divided in four distinct chapters. In the second chapter is introduced the company, GNS Building Solutions S.A., and some of the tasks developed there. In the third chapter is presented the Porto’s Bourgeois House, made known is characteristics and constructive techniques inherent to it’s construction period. Following, is shown the case study, where is analyzed the constructive techniques of the building in question and the changes it was subjected to during the internship. In the end some conclusions are drawn as well as some future developments to consider about the subject presented. | pt_PT |
