Abstract(s)
brasileiro.
The current stage of construction, in which the advancement of technology and the ease of access to information transformed customer understanding under residential projects, now much more demanding and aware of the environmental impacts, triggered the need to improve the constructive details that increase the performance of buildings in the construction sector. However, these techniques will not have significant result by not ensuring compliance with customer satisfaction, which today gives priority to comfort and safety of housing. In this respect, in specific, it encloses the acoustic comfort theme of the buildings. Currently, with the competitiveness of the market and the economic situation of the country which hampers investment in the sector, no development of a project aimed at efficiency and environmental concerns can make a difference in the success of the product. This work presents an analysis of the alternatives coating techniques that are designed to promote acoustic comfort of buildings. The concept of sound insulation is easily justified by the customer's desire to feel settled in your property. After a study in real situations, it was possible to present the evaluation method of acoustic performance of an enterprise and make a comparison of the economic viability of application of four recurring materials on the works. In partnership with Portugal, this project includes in his research the cork application study at this purpose of utility in order to promote integration between the countries and to assess the potential of this material in Brazil.
