Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho realizou-se no âmbito da unidade curricular de DIPRE, para satisfação integral dos requisitos do grau de Mestre em Engenharia Civil, no ramo de Gestão da Construção. A tese foi desenvolvida através de um estágio em ambiente empresarial, com o tema “Construção Modular: Controlo de Prazos e Estudo de Rentabilidade”, na empresa DST, s.a., onde foi possível acompanhar a obra Smart Studios Asprela. O estágio teve como objetivo principal as diversas atividades associadas à Direção de Obra, e em particular o acompanhamento e estudo da construção modular utilizada na obra em comparação com a construção tradicional. Para o edifício em questão recorreu-se à construção pré-fabricada de casas de banho, também denominados por monoblocos, procurando beneficiar dos expectáveis melhores prazos e rendimentos desta metodologia construtiva e verificar se são rentáveis comparativamente com as casas de banho construídas recorrendo à metodologia tradicional. Assim sendo, ao longo do estágio foram acompanhadas e cronometradas as atividades de descargas e de pós-descarga dos monoblocos, bem como foram controladas e registadas as anomalias existentes em cada monobloco que chegava à obra. Da mesma forma foi feito um controlo diário da execução das atividades sequenciais para as casas de banho construídas em obra e, partindo dos resultados registados, foram calculados os elementos de estudo do presente trabalho. Por fim, pretende-se com este trabalho apresentar a experiência e conhecimentos adquiridos durante o estágio curricular.
The present work was carried out within the scope of the DIPRE curricular unit, to fully satisfy the requirements of the Master´s degree in Civil Engineering, in the field of Construction Management. The thesis was developed in a business environment, with the theme “Modular Construction: Deadline Control and Study of Work Efficiency”, at the company DST, s.a., where it was possible to follow the construction of Smart Studios Asprela. The internship had, as its main goal, the different activities related to managing project and with the monitorization and study of the modular construction used in the construction compared to the traditional methodology. For the building in question was used the prefabricated construction of bathrooms, also known as monoblocs,seeking to benefit from the expected better deadlines and work efficiency of this constructive methodology and to verify if they are profitable compared to the bathrooms built under the traditional methodology. Therefore, throughout the internship, the unloading and post-unloading activities of the monoblocs were monitored and timed, as well as the anomalies existing in each one that arrived at the construction. In the same way, a daily control was carried out on the execution of the activities for the ones built on site and based on the recorded results, the study elements of this work were calculated. Finally, this work intends to present the experience and knowledge acquired during the curricular internship.
