Abstract(s)
Em geral, na construção tradicional utilizavam-se os materiais provenientes do local. A norte de Portugal é frequente a construção utilizar a madeira e a pedra por serem os materiais mais abundantes. O presente trabalho consistiu num levantamento sobre a construção tradicional seguido de um estudo para verificação da possibilidade de aplicar a legislação em vigor à construção tradicional de modo a conseguir um aumento da eficiência energética associado a um melhor conforto térmico, acústico e hídrico como se de uma construção nova se tratasse, melhorando as características do edifício e evitando a demolição que acaba por ser prejudicial ao meio ambiente. Na moradia em construção tradicional, alvo de estudo foi analisada apenas uma fração, sendo que esta apresentou uma classe energética A, o que torna a habitação eficiente. No entanto, não se pode considerar apenas o conforto térmico como único requisito para se concluir que a esta fração se pode aplicar a legislação de como se uma habitação nova se tratasse. Com isto, analisou-se as soluções construtivas apresentadas ao nível acústico, a fim de verificar a legislação e de modo a se conseguir uma avaliação mais critica e mais corretiva. Optou-se ainda por se realizar um projeto de abastecimento de águas, dimensionando toda a tubagem com o melhor material possível, para que a habitação fique sujeita a uma melhor condição hídrica.
In general, on traditional construction it was usual to use the materials from the local. In the north of Portugal its very frequent in the construction to use wood and stone, because they are the most abundant materials. The present work has consisted in study about regional construction followed by a study for verifying the possibility to apply a current legislation to regional construction in way to make an augment of energetic efficiency associated to a better thermic comfort, acoustic and hybrid, as a new construction were taking place, upgrading the building features and avoiding demolition, that is very bad for environment. In a traditional construction house study, it was only analysed a fraction, presented a more energetic class A, which makes the housing more efficient, Meanwhile, we can´t consider just the thermic comfort like the one requisite to conclude this fraction can apply the legislation in how a new housing was being built. To conclude, it was analyzed the constructive solutions shown at an acoustic level, to verify the legislation and in a way to make at evaluation more critical and more corrective. The best option was to make a water supply, scaling all the piping with best material possible, for the housing be subject to a better hydraulic condition.
