Ser professor é mostrar o mundo e fazer crer num mundo melhor. É aguçar a
vontade de aprender e criar sorrisos ao Som da motivação, fazendo parte da
construção de uma sociedade participativa, integrada e interessada.
O presente documento descreve o caminho percorrido na Prática de
Ensino Supervisionada, sobre o qual se reflete, alicerçando-o em
componentes teóricas e legais. Assim, este relatório de estágio representa
também um percurso que muito contribuiu para a construção da identidade
docente, refletindo um crescimento evolutivo construído em espírito de
cooperação.
O enquadramento académico e profissional introduz um quadro teórico e
legal, apresentando os princípios generalistas, relacionados com a ação
docente e os pressupostos transversais às várias áreas do saber, e descreve os
contextos onde decorreram as intervenções educativas da prática de ensino.
Neste documento são realçados alguns momentos da prática educativa,
preparados com o objetivo de proporcionar aprendizagens significativas, e
reflete-se sobre os mesmos, fundamentando as opções tomadas.
A dimensão investigativa em educação ocupa um papel preponderante nas
práticas de reflexão-ação, pelo que se apresenta o projeto de investigação,
onde foram adotados os princípios teóricos de um estudo de caso, sobre a
influência que a introdução de momentos musicais, nas aulas de Matemática,
pode ter na motivação dos estudantes.
A formação e construção da identidade docente terá continuidade, depois
deste momento de formação, e será pautada pelo envolvimento, entrega e
compromisso, característicos do que implica ser professor.
Being a teacher is showing the world and believing in a better one. It is to sharpen the will to learn and to create smiles to the sound of motivation, all being part of the construction of a participatory, integrated and interested society. The present document describes the travelled path in the Supervised Teaching Practice, upon which reflects itself, based in legal and theoretical components. Therefore, this internship report also represents a journey that greatly contributed to the building of the teacher’s identity, reflecting a evolved growth upon a cooperation spirit. The academic and professional framework introduces a theoretical and legal picture, presenting the general principles related to the teaching activity and the cross assumptions to the various fields of knowledge, and also describes the contexts in which occurred the educational interventions of the teaching practice. Some moments of the educational practice are highlighted in this document, created with the objective of providing significant learning experiences, as well as reflections upon the same, justifying the chosen options. The investigative dimension in Education occupies a preponderant role in the action-reflection practises, reason to present an investigation project upon it, where theoretical principals of a case study were adopted, about the influence that the introduction of musical moments in Math classes can have in student’s motivation. The shaping and construction of the teacher’s identity will continue after this training step and it will be dictated by involvement, engagement and commitment, all fundamental characteristics of being a teacher.
