| dc.description.abstract | As alterações climáticas motivadas pela emissão de gases com efeito de estufa, despertaram a consciência mundial para a luta contra as origens que promovem essas emissões. Encontrando-se a origem de grande parte das emissões na produção e consumo de energia, a melhoria do desempenho térmico nos edifícios surge como uma das soluções possíveis, dado a elevada importância que os consumos energéticos nos edifícios representam na totalidade dos consumos. A promoção da eficiência energética dos edifícios não se restringe apenas aos edifícios em construção ou a construir, mas abarca igualmente os edifícios existentes. Assim sendo, nos últimos anos, alguns governos, incluindo o português, decretaram novos regulamentos, um deles direcionado para o desempenho térmico que incita à reabilitação térmica e energética de edifícios existentes. O retrato do património edificado português evidencia sinais de degradação, motivado pela falta de manutenção, mau desempenho térmico e de conforto. Esta caracterização abre, assim, perspetivas para reabilitação global do património edificado que deverá abranger a reabilitação da componente térmica. Neste projeto avaliou-se o balanço energético de um edifício de habitação unifamiliar existente, foram identificadas as soluções mais correntes de reabilitação térmica ao nível da envolvente exterior, sistemas de preparação de águas quentes sanitárias e sistemas de climatização ambiente. Por fim, estas soluções foram alvo de uma nova análise ao seu contributo no balanço energético e regulamentar a fim de integrarem no projeto de reabilitação térmica de um edifício existente localizado na freguesia de Freixo de baixo na cidade de Amarante. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Climate changes caused by greenhouse gas emissions, awakened the world awareness for the fight against the sources that promote these emissions. The origin of most of the emissions is in the consumption and production of energy. If we Improving the thermal performance in buildings, emerges as a solution, given the high importance of energy consumptions in buildings represent the entirety of consumption. The promotion of energy efficiency of buildings is not restricted only to buildings under construction or to be built, but includes also the existing buildings. In Last years, some Governments, including the Portuguese, have decreed new regulations, one of them directed to the thermal performance that encourages the thermal rehabilitation of existing buildings. The Portuguese built heritage picture shows, signs of degradation motivated by lack of maintenance and conservation and a bad thermal performance and comfort. This characterization opens thus perspectives for global rehabilitation of built heritage that should cover the rehabilitation of the thermal component. In this project was analyzed energy balance of a single-family building existing, we identified the most common thermal rehabilitation solutions at the exterior level, Water heating preparation and HVAC systems. Finally, I made a new analysis of the solutions and their contribution in the energy balance and regulate in order to incorporate in the design of thermal rehabilitation of an existing building located in Freixo de baixo - Amarante. | pt_PT |
