Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho apresenta as conclusões decorrentes de três atividades realizadas no
Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Musical no Ensino Básico: a observação de práticas musicais
no ensino básico, a prática musical de ensino supervisionada e o projeto de investigação. A
observação e a prática musical de ensino supervisionada promoveram a aquisição de
competências teórico-práticas essências no exercício da docência em educação musical no
ensino básico. De um ponto de vista investigativo, objetivou-se avaliar a aplicação de práticas
pedagógicas e de estratégias didáticas utilizadas no grupo coral, no ensino da música, no ensino
básico. Os resultados da investigação corroboram a literatura, na medida em que a maior parte
dos alunos: gosta de cantar; frequenta as aulas de educação musical para aprender a cantar, para
aprender técnicas vocais e para colocar corretamente a voz; considera que os exercícios de
respiração, os exercícios de aquecimento vocal e os exercícios de técnica vocal são importantes
para o desenvolvimento vocal; e gostam muito de cantar em grupo.
This work shows the conclusions arising from three activities undertaken in the Master's Degree in Music Teaching - Music Education Variant: the observation of musical practices in primary education, the supervised musical teaching practice, and the research project. The observation and supervised music teaching practice promoted the acquisition of theoretical and practical skills essential in the exerci se of teaching music in basic education. From an investigative point of view, the objective was to evaluate the application of pedagogical practices and didactic strategies used in the chorai group, in music teaching, in basic education. The results of the research corroborate the literature, in that most students: like to sing; attend music education classes to learn how to sing, to learn vocal techniques and to place their voice correctly; consider that breathing exercises, vocal warm-up exerci ses and vocal technique exerci ses are importantfor vocal development; and really enjoy singing in a group.
