O presente relatório de estágio encontra-‐se inserido no âmbito da unidade curricular DIPRE – dissertação/projeto/estágio, relativo ao Mestrado em Engenharia Civil, ramo de construções, do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
O estágio foi desenvolvido ao longo de seis meses na empresa Iperplano – Gestão, Planeamento e Fiscalização de Obras, Lda. A estagiária integrou-‐se na equipa de fiscalização que esteve responsável pelo controlo da qualidade das estruturas, pelo controlo de prazos e custos e pelo acompanhamento ambiental numa obra de grandes dimensões.
A empreitada consistiu na construção de um centro comercial em Loulé, no Algarve, o que possibilitou à estagiária acompanhar a construção das estruturas de betão armado e de todo o seu faseamento construtivo.
No decorrer do estágio foi possível desenvolver e acompanhar diversas atividades relacionadas com o caso de estudo, as quais serão transcritas no presente relatório, expondo os conhecimentos adquiridos durante o processo de construção, com especial atenção para os processos construtivos e para a forma como foi realizado o controlo de qualidade de produção da obra.
Inicialmente será apresentado o caso de estudo acompanhado durante o estágio, de seguida serão relatados os trabalhos que antecederam à construção das estruturas, será referido o estudo das caraterísticas do betão e descrito o modo de construção das estruturas em betão armado. Posteriormente sucederá a exposição do controlo de qualidade realizado em obra e por último far-‐se-‐á referência à certificação BREEAM que o projeto pretende adquirir em termos de sustentabilidade.
This report fits in the final probation of the course DIPRE -‐ Dissertation/ Project/ Internship for the Degree of Master in Civil Engineering – branch of construction at the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. The internship was carried out over a six month period at IPERPLANO -‐ Management, Planning and Supervision of Works, Ltd. The trainee joined the inspection team which was responsible for performing the quality control of the structural work, schedule and cost control and environmental follow-‐up of a large construction project. The contract work consisted in the construction of a shopping mall in Loulé (Algarve) which allowed the trainee to monitor the construction of reinforced concrete structures and all its constructive phasing. During the internship it was possible to carry out and monitor several activities linked to the study case which will be transcribed in this report, presenting the results of the knowledge acquired throughout the construction process, with closer attention to the constructive methods and the way the quality control of the production work was carried out. Initially the case study developed during the internship will be presented, followed by a description of the work that preceded the structural work. We will present a report on the concrete characteristics and describe the reinforced concreted construction process. We will follow-‐up with a report on the quality control performed on site, and lastly we will reference the BREEAM sustainability certification that this project intends to obtain.
