Abstract(s)
A prestação de serviços públicos à coletividade exige uma atuação voltada a proporcionar os
melhores resultados possíveis, de modo que o interesse público primário – qual seja, o interesse
do povo, detentor do poder constituinte originário – seja atingido. Diante disso, o objetivo
principal desse trabalho é investigar a eficiência, a eficácia e a efetividade do investimento em
capacitações de Servidores realizados pela Reitoria do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência
e Tecnologia de Rondônia – IFRO. A metodologia aplicada permite classificar a pesquisa como
estudo de caso. Quanto à abordagem do problema, tem-se que se está diante de uma pesquisa
do tipo quali-quantitativa, com processo de coleta de dados conduzido a partir de pesquisa
bibliográfica e documental, bem como por meio da aplicação, aos Servidores, de questionário
elaborado com questões abertas e fechadas (Apêndices I e II). O público-alvo da pesquisa foram
os Servidores técnico-administrativos e Gestores ocupantes dos cargos de Pró-Reitores,
Diretores Sistêmicos e Chefia de Gabinete da Reitoria do quadro efetivo da Reitoria do IFRO.
A amostra considerada foi de 63 Servidores e 8 Gestores ocupantes de cargo de chefia.
The provision of public services to the community requires action aimed at providing the best possible results, so that the primary public interest – that is, the interest of the people, holder of the original constituent power – is achieved. Therefore, the main objective of this work is to investigate the efficiency, effectiveness and effectiveness of the investment in training of servers made by the Rector of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rondônia. The applied methodology allows to classify the research as a case study, carried out at the Rectorate of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rondônia. As for the approach to the problem, we have to face a quali-quantitative research, with a data collection process conducted from bibliographic and documentary research, as well as through the application of a questionnaire prepared to the servers. with open and closed questions (Appendices I and II). The target audience of the research was the technical-administrative servants and heads (managers occupying the positions of Pro-Rectors, Systemic Directors and Head of the Rector's Office) of the effective staff of the Rector of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rondônia. The sample considered was 63 civil servants and 8 managers occupying a leadership position.
