Abstract(s)
regulamentos internos.
This project was developed at the premises of Azurea Portugal, following the company's proposal to reduce production control based on capacity indices. The company, located in Maia, belongs to the Azurea Group, headquartered in Switzerland, where precision micro components are produced, with an emphasis on the watchmaking industry. Thus, after being presented to the challenge, the development of this project began with the selection of a product and the appropriate department for eventual analysis of indicators related to the capacity and performance of its production process. This would make it possible to adjust capacity levels, which would potentially allow resources to be redirected more assertively, based on the company's internal process, in order to spare them within a stable process, and redirect them to others that might need more attention. However, during the analysis, there were detected situations that hindered the development of the project. Therefore, using the Ishikawa Diagram, several tests were carried out until a conclusion could be reached, which allowed the analysis process to continue. Following this, several checks and control deletions were carried out, which made it possible to analyze their impact on capacity indicators. This analysis also made it possible to reduce the daily control time that the company had stipulated, based on internal regulations.
