| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação tem como base o trabalho desenvolvido na unidade curricular de DIPRE, que é integrante do 2º ano curricular do mestrado de Engenharia Civil, do Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. O trabalho desenvolvido consiste na análise de um projeto de estruturas metálicas de um edifício de restauração, situado em Bragança, uma das diversas obras da empresa Ferrumplus. O principal objetivo desta análise é identificar as principais diferenças em termos de dimensionamento e custos, entre o mesmo tipo de edifício, localizados em zonas diferentes presentes na NP EN 1991-1-3, tendo em consideração o impacto possível da ação da neve. Serão abordados temas relacionados com o projeto de estruturas metálicas como propriedades do aço estrutural, ações constituintes e combinações, modelação da estrutura recorrendo a um programa automático (Robot Structural Analysis), pré-dimensionamento, verificações de segurança e dimensionamento dos elementos constituintes, tendo como base de estudo as normas em vigor em Portugal. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation aims to present the work developed in the curricular unit of DIPRE, which is part of the 2nd curricular year of the Master's degree in Civil Engineering of the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto. The work developed consists on an analysis of a steel structures project of a catering industry building, located in Bragança, which is one of several works of the company Ferrumplus. The main purpose of this analysis is to underline the differences in terms of design and costs between the same catering buildings, based on different locations present on NP EN 1991-1-3, taking into account the impact that the snow load could potentially have. During this analysis, several aspects related to the design of steel structures will be addressed, such as: structural steel properties, constituent actions and combinations, structural modeling while using an automated program (Robot Structural Analysis), pre-dimensioning, dimensioning and safety inspection of the constituent elements, all of these in accordance with the current Portuguese regulations. | pt_PT |
