Abstract(s)
O presente relatório tem como objetivo principal descrever o trabalho realizado ao longo do estágio
curricular realizado na empresa Construções Vila Maior, onde foram acompanhadas algumas obras de
reabilitação.
As diversas tarefas desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio, foram na qualidade de adjunto do diretor de
obra e relacionadas com o acompanhamento de obra, medição e orçamentação e controlo de custos e
recursos como a mão de obra de empresas externas (subempreiteiros).
Em paralelo com as tarefas desempenhadas na empresa, foi desenvolvido o estudo do comportamento
térmico de uma das obras acompanhadas. A obra em questão é a reabilitação do condomínio Camões
475, composta por dois edifícios multifamiliares e espaços exteriores. A reabilitação passa a comportar
16 frações.
O edifício principal contém sete frações, está dividido em quatro pisos (rés do chão, 1º andar, 2º andar e
vão do telhado) e tem uma área de implantação de 210 m2, enquanto que o edifício secundário é
constituído pelas restantes 9 frações, está dividido em três pisos (rés do chão, 1º andar e vão do
telhado) com uma área de implantação de 188 m2. A área total de construção dos dois edifícios é de
1151 m2.
O estudo térmico desenvolvido, tem como objetivo obter a classe energética de cada uma das sete
frações existentes no edifico principal do condomínio, com as soluções construtivas definidas em
projeto e implementadas em obra e propor medidas de melhoria, tendo em conta os custos associados
a aplicação dessas medidas.
Com a aplicação de uma proposta de melhoria estudada, a mais eficiente, é possível melhorar a classe
energética de cinco das sete frações existentes no edifício, sendo que a melhor classe energética obtida
é a classe B-.
The present report has the main objective of describing the work elaborated during the curricular internship realized in the company Construções Vila Maior, where some rehabilitation work was accompanied. The diverse tasks developed within the internship were in the quality of adjunct of the construction’s manager and were related with the follow-up of the construction, measurement and budgeting and with the control of costs and resources like the handwork of external companies (subcontractors). In parallel with the work developed in the company, it was elaborated a study of the thermal behavior of one of the accompanied constructions. The project in question was the rehabilitation of Camões 475 condominium, with two multifamiliar buildings and exterior spaces. The rehabilitation will now have 16 fractions. The main building contains seven fractions, divided by four floors (ground floor, 1sf floor, 2nd floor and roof loft) and has an implementation area of 210 m2, while the secondary building is constituted by other nine fractions, divided in three floors (ground floor, 1st floor and roof loft) and with an implementation area of 188 m2. The construction’s total area of the two buildings is 1151 m2. The thermal study elaborated has as an objective to obtain the energetic classification of each one of the seven principal fractions existing in the main building of the condominium, with the constructive solutions defined in the project and implemented during the construction and the proposal of improvement measures, considering the associated costs to the application of these measures. With the application of the most effective studied improvement proposition, it is possible to upgrade the energetic class of five out of the seven fractions existing in the building, being the best energetic class obtained the B-.
