Abstract(s)
do Espetáculo do Instituto Politécnico do Porto.
O terceiro e último capítulo, A

This internship report aims to develop an analysis of the knowledge acquired and its application and consolidation, concluding the Master's Degree in Music Teaching, Music Education branch, of the School of Education and the School of Music and Performing Arts of the Polytechnic Institute of Porto. The work is structured in three distinct chapters. The first chapter comprises a reflective text entitled Exploring Frontiers: Technology in music lessons, which aims to address gamification, playalong and quizzes as pedagogical resources in music teaching. The following text, entitled Description of the internship site, presents the characterization of the internship site and a description of the subjects and classes involved in the Supervised Teaching Practice (SSP). The second chapter focuses on the PES and addresses key aspects such as observation, planning, teaching, reflection and evaluation. The third and final chapter, Age heterogeneity in teaching practices in Music Education: Expectations and Challenges for the Teacher/Student relationship, aims to understand the thoughts of Music Education teachers in Specialized Artistic Music Education on the subject of age heterogeneity. The results obtained highlight some limitations, such as the small number of responses, the lack of knowledge or training to teach age heterogeneous classes. It is hoped that this study can offer considerations and ideas about teaching practices, in order to promote critical thinking about the subject in question, classroom dynamics and teaching methodologies.
