Abstract(s)
Estudos constatam que a gestão participativa tem impacto direto nos
resultados das organizações. Promover a participação dos indivíduos nos
processos administrativos ou de gestão tende a aumentar a motivação destes,
criando maior envolvimento e sentimento de satisfação na busca pelos objetivos
da organização na qual estão inseridos. A pesquisa visa conhecer a percepção
dos servidores ligados à Direção de Administração e Planejamento do Centro
Educacional sobre a motivação, o clima organizacional e a participação. Para
tanto, realizou-se um estudo de caso, através da metodologia mista, qualiquantitativa,
por meio das técnicas de investigação de inquérito por entrevista
e investigação por questionário. Constataram-se participação reservada,
ocorrida de forma mediana, reprimida e passiva e clima organizacional
mediano, assim como a satisfação e insatisfação.
