Abstract(s)
Procura-se caracterizar as práticas pedagógicas na perspectiva dos professores e alunos de uma instituição de ensino superior privado, oriundas das transformações político-educacionais ocorridas nos últimos anos no ensino superior, oriundas da reformulação das diretrizes para formação do professor e do processo de expansão do ensino superior privado no País. Para tanto procuramos no objetivo geral caracterizar as práticas pedagógicas desenvolvidas nas disciplinas do Tronco Comum dos cursos de pós-graduação da FAENE bem como suas diferentes formas utilizadas nesse contexto de ensino e aprendizagem, procurando saber quais os fatores condicionam tais práticas no contexto investigado. Utilizam-se teóricos especialistas na área, bem como instrumentos de coleta de dados como observação direta com registros de campo e aplicação de questionários para subsidiar a análise dos dados coletados. Tais práticas pedagógicas apesar de serem teoricamente orientadas pelas leis da educação nacional, na prática elas vão à contramão, caracterizando-se conforme a cultura profissional de cada professor, oriunda de sua formação e em consonância com as orientações da instituição formadora que não se preocupa com a formação do aluno, mas com a renda que o mesmo traz para a instituição.
The aim of this study is to characterize pedagogical practices in the perspective of teachers and students of a private higher education institution, resulting from the political and educational changes that have occurred in recent years in higher education, resulting from the reformulation of teacher training guidelines and the expansion process of In order to do this, we aim at characterizing the pedagogical practices developed in the Common Trunk disciplines of the postgraduate courses of FAENE as well as their different forms used in this context of teaching and learning, trying to know what factors condition such practices in the context investigated. Specialists in the field are used as well as data collection instruments such as direct observation with field records and application of questionnaires to support the analysis of collected data. These pedagogical practices, despite being theoretically guided by the laws of national education, in practice they go against the grain, characterizing themselves according to the professional culture of each teacher, derived from their formation and in accordance with the orientations of the formative institution that does not worry about the formation of the student, but with the income that the same brings to the institution.
