O presente relatório tem como principal objetivo descrever o trabalho realizado ao longo do estágio curricular efetuado na empresa Omega, serviços de engenharia, Lda., onde foi acompanhada uma obra de reabilitação situada na rua da Boavista no Porto. As principais tarefas desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio, na qualidade de fiscal, foram o acompanhamento de obra, controlo de custos, medição e orçamentação, controlo e identificação de mão de-obra, controlo do planeamento e prazos e a realização de atas das reuniões de obra semanais. Em paralelo com o trabalho em obra, foi realizada uma compilação e analise de práticas de execução da obra, reunindo em dicionário técnico ilustrado e em tabelas boas práticas que minimize mas patologias. A obra em questão é a reabilitação de dois edifícios na rua da Boavista, prevendo a interligação de ambos, ficando com um acesso único e criando 14 apartamentos de tipologia T0. As soluções construtivas demonstradas, focadas essencialmente na recuperação da fachada e cobertura, pretendem auxiliar a correta fiscalização da obra, onde a apresentação dos termos permite uma clara comunicação com todos os intervenientes num projeto.
The main objective of this report is to describe the work carried out during the course of the internship on the company Omega, Engineering Services Ltd, where a rehabilitation project was carried out, located on Boavista street in Oporto. The main tasks carried out during the internship were fiscal follow-up, cost control, measurement and budgeting, control and identification of labor, control of planning and deadlines, and meeting minutes of weekly work. In parallel with the work on site, a compilation and analysis of practices of execution of the work was carried out, bringing together in an illustrated technical dictionary and in tables good practices that minimize the pathologies. The work in question is the rehabilitation of two buildings in Boavista street, providing for the interconnection of both, with a unique access and creating 14 apartments of typology T0 The demonstrated constructive solutions, focused essentially on the recovery of the facade and cover, aim to help the correct inspection of the work, where the presentation of the terms allows a clear communication with all the participants in a project.
