Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho foirealizado com o objetivo de concluir os estudos para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Engenharia Civil. A dissertação desenvolvida tem por base uma análise ao parque edificado do Porto referente a edifícios antigos (pré betão-armado), antes de 1930-40, esperando-se que no final o trabalho sirva como esclarecimento e elemento de consulta para as diversas anomalias presentes. Após uma breve descrição dos objetivos da dissertação e da sua estrutura, elaborou-se um pequeno capítulo onde se descrevem as caraterísticas construtivas e dos materiais utilizados nos edifícios e as suas composições. Na parte final do trabalho, foi desenvolvido um caso prático de estudo, relativo a um edifício localizado no quarteirão de Carlos Alberto, mais concretamente na Rua Noronha de Sá, número 153. No desenvolvimento deste caso de estudo, serão propostas medidas de reabilitação da fachada, assim como a nível térmico e acústico, serão propostas soluções de melhoria.
The present work was carried out with the objective to complete the studies to obtain the degree of Master in Civil Engineering. The dissertation developed is based on an analysis of Porto's built-up park in precast concrete old buildings, prior to the 1930-40 period, and it is hoped that in the end this work will serve as a clarification and a means of solving the various anomalies present in the buildings of Porto. After a brief description of the objectives of this dissertation and its structure, it was necessary to elaborate a short chapter describing all the characteristics of the materials used in the buildings and their compositions. In this work in the end, will be developed a practical case study of a building in the block of Carlos Alberto, more specifically in Rua Noronha de Sá, with door number 153. In the development of this case study will be proposed measures of rehabilitation of the façade, as well as thermal and acoustic will indicate improvement solutions.
