Abstract(s)
As organizações especificamente as
Significant changes have been observed in the environment of organizations that are looking for teams that know how to properly communicate with their audiences. Specifically public organizations, as is the case, increasingly need to improve their internal processes, and in this perspective internal communication presents itself as a mechanism of fundamental importance for the managers and servers of the organization to create a conducive environment for its development and growth. ln this context, this study had as objective to analyze the internal communication process of the Federal lnstitute Farroupilha Campus São Vicente do Sul, namely on the perception of the servers, trying to identify the most used media internally, the main barriers and difficulties, satisfaction with the internal communication and in the end suggestions for improvement were made for possible implementation by the management of the institution. A mixed quantitative-qualitative methodology was used, developed through a case study, and the data were collected through a questionnaire survey. Data analysis was performed using statistical software, SPSS version 17.0 and Excel 2007, for tabulations, frequencies and graphing for a better representation of the results and a content analysis of the opinion of the respondents. The results obtained showed that the internal communication is classified as reasonable by the servers. Some suggestions were proposed to be implemented by the management in order to obtain fluent, clear and objective communication. Finally, it was concluded that the implementation of these improvements suggested to the management, in particular in the policies, strategies and actions of communication will give benefits to the institution and consequent improvement of the satisfaction of the servers.
