O mundo cada vez mais competitivo obriga a uma aposta, por parte das empresas, na otimizaĆ§Ć£o e controlo dos processos. Ao longo dos Ćŗltimos anos tem-se verificado uma preocupaĆ§Ć£o com a gestĆ£o de stocks, uma importante atividade logĆstica das empresas, que fomentou estudos e teorias para tornar a atividade mais eficaz e tambĆ©m contribuir para a reduĆ§Ć£o dos custos que lhe estĆ£o inerentes. O presente projeto foi elaborado na LBM-Carpintarias, Lda, e visou otimizar o processo de gestĆ£o de armazenamento e a reduĆ§Ć£o de stocks.
