Abstract(s)
Este estudo trata da compreensão do desenvolvimento de PDDE na
perspectiva da gestão democrática, realizado em duas escolas públicas
municipais do Município de Tucuruí, no Estado do Pará, tendo como objetivo
perceber o funcionamento da gestão das duas escolas, como acontece a
participação dos conselhos escolares na gestão dos recursos financeiros e qual
o contributo que este programa tem dado para o processo de gestão
democrática da escola.
Trata-se de uma investigação quatitativa, no formato de estudo de caso,
onde se recorreu a instrumentos de recolha de dados, à análise de leis e
resoluções e a entrevistas que foram realizadas com os diretores e
coordenadores pedagógicos das escolas selecionadas e aos membros dos
Conselhos Escolares.
O intuito deste estudo é o de compreender como e quais seriam os
caminhos percorridos pelas instituições de ensino para desenvolver
programas implementados pelo governo federal com influência direta na
gestão escolar.
Esta pesquisa se encarregou de esclarecer o funcionamento do conselho e
sua contribuição para a gestão escolar, a atuação dos seus participantes,
como são tomadas as decisões sobre a execução dos recursos e se é possível
realizar uma gestão democrática diante de tantos desafios.
Como resultados desta pesquisa constatamos que o conselho e a gestão
escolar desenvolvem os programas governamentais considerando os
princípios da gestão democrática. As escolas pesquisadas demonstraram com
suas ações que adotam prática educacionais democráticas no seu cotidiano
escolar
This study deals with the understanding of the development of PDDE in the perspective of democratic management, conducted in two public schools in the municipality of Tucuruí, State of Pará, aiming to understand the functioning of the two schools management, as the participation of school boards management of financial resources and what contribution this program has given to the democratic management process school. This is a quatitativa research, case study format, where they resorted to data collection tools, analysis of laws and resolutions and the interviews that were conducted with the directors and coordinators of the selected schools and members of School boards. The purpose of this study is to understand how and what are the paths taken by educational institutions to develop programs implemented by the federal government with a direct influence on school management. This research was commissioned to clarify the operation of the board and their contribution to the school management, the performance of its participants, as decisions are made on the implementation of resources and if you can hold a democratic management in the face of many challenges. As a result of this research we found that the board and the school management develop government programs considering the principles of democratic management. The schools surveyed have shown by their actions that adopt democratic educational practice in their daily school life
