Abstract(s)
O setor da construção civil atualmente está a ser alvo de uma profunda crise, afetado pela conjuntura atual
do país. Este fato levou a uma quebra acentuada na procura dos serviços de construção, motivada pela falta de
investimento dos credores, que vai desde o setor público ao setor privado. A carência de obras de construção e o
número de empresas existentes no mercado leva a grande competitividade entre as empresas neste setor de
atividade.
A implementação e a integração dos sistemas de gestão relativos à qualidade, ambiente, segurança e saúde,
torna-se uma ferramenta de gestão importante a utilizar pelas empresas, permitindo uma organização estrutural,
no sentido de alcançar a excelência da qualidade do produto, redução dos desperdícios na execução, redução dos
resíduos produzidos, redução de acidentes de trabalho e / ou doenças profissionais, entre outras vantagens que se
apresentam ao longo do projeto.
Neste projeto apresentam-se os benefícios da implementação dos sistemas de gestão nas organizações, quer
de forma independente, quer de forma integrada. Apresenta-se também uma estrutura exemplo de suporte à
implementação de um sistema integrado de gestão da qualidade, ambiente, segurança e saúde em empresas de
construção civil, tendo como base as normas NP EN ISO 9001:2008 /NP EN ISO 14001:2012 / NP 4397:2008.
De forma a acrescentar mais valor ao projeto desenvolvido, foram realizados estudos de casos a empresas
deste setor de atividade, onde já estão implementados sistemas de gestão da qualidade, ambiente, segurança e
saúde de forma integrada.
The civil construction sector is currently is being targeted of a deep crisis, affected by the current conjuncture of the country. This fact led to a sharp fall in demand for construction services, due to lack of investment from creditors, ranging from the public sector to the private sector. The lack of construction works and the number of companies in the market leads to great competition among the companies in this sector of activity. The implementation and integration of management systems for quality, environment, safety and health, becomes an important management tool to be used by companies, allowing a structural organization in the sense achieve excellence of product quality, reduction of wastage in the execution, reduction of wastage generated, reduction of accidents and / or occupational diseases, among other advantages that arise during the project. In this project, are presented the benefits of implementing management systems in organizations, either independently or in an integrated manner. Also presents an example structure to support the implementation of an integrated management system for quality, environment, safety and health in civil construction companies, based on international standards EN ISO 9001: 2008 / NP EN ISO 14001: 2012 / NP 4397: 2008. In order to add more value to the project developed, case studies were conducted from companies in the activity, which are already implemented their management systems for quality, environment, safety and health in an integrated fashion industry.
