Abstract(s)
A G2 Ć© uma microempresa familiar brasileira que se deparou com as dificuldades
resultantes da ausĆŖncia de uma estrutura de Recursos Humanos (RH) ao enfrentar as
consequĆŖncias da forte crise gerada pela pandemia de Covid-19.
O presente projeto teve como objetivo a implementação de uma estrutura de RH
que desse resposta às necessidades e desafios de Gestão e Desenvolvimento de Recursos
Humanos de uma organização desta natureza.
Os resultados deste projeto incluem a construção do organograma da empresa, a
definição de valores organizacionais, o desenvolvimento da polĆtica de teletrabalho e a
descrição de cargo do novo responsÔvel pelas funções de RH.
Apesar dos desafios decorrentes do tamanho e estrutura da organização, após a
implementação do projeto os impactos positivos foram confirmados pelos colaboradores
e pelo dono da empresa, os quais reforçaram a importância da estrutura desenvolvida para
o reforço da confiança dos colaboradores na empresa, bem como para facilitar a gestão
remota da equipa em meio a um cenƔrio pandƩmico que, ainda que diferente do inicial,
persiste e mantƩm em voga os desafios.
G2 is a small Brazilian familiar company that faced the obstacles that came from the absence of a Human Resources (HR) structure whilst dealing with the consequences of the strong crisis generated by the Covid-19 pandemic. This project aimed to implement an HR structure that met the needs and challenges of Human Resources Management and Development in an organization of this nature. The projectās results include the development of the hierarchical chart, the definition of the organizational values, the creation of the remote work policy and the job description for the employee in charge of the HR functions. Despite the challenges resulting of the companiesā size and structure, after the projectās implementation the positive impacts were confirmed either by the employees and by the businessā owner, who attested the importance of the developed structure as a reinforcement of the employeeās trust in the company, as well as to facilitate the remote management of the team in the middle of a pandemic scenario that, even though different from the original, persists and keeps the challenges alive.
