Com vista à conclusão do curso e à obtenção do grau de Mestre em Engenharia Civil, ramo de Estruturas, o presente relatório de estágio pretende abordar o dimensionamento de pavimentos térreos industriais, recorrendo a documentos nacionais, sempre que possível e a documentos internacionais, com vista a colmatar falhas existentes no quadro normativo português.
Em Portugal tem-se assistido a uma grande evolução de empresas dedicadas a um determinado tipo de construção, contudo nem sempre essa evolução é devidamente acompanhada pelos documentos técnicos e normativos nacionais. Os pavimentos térreos industriais são exemplo disso, na medida em que é necessário recorrer a documentos e a normas estrangeiros para realizar o dimensionamento e a execução deste tipo de obras.
Assim, serão referidas neste relatório normas estrangeiras, com elevada recorrência à norma inglesa TR – 34, a qual será a base a ter em conta para o dimensionamento de pavimentos térreos industriais. Aborda-se ainda um caso de estudo de dimensionamento de uma laje térrea.
Under the Master degree in Civil Engineering – Structural area, this internship report aims to address the design of industrial ground floors, using national documents wherever possible and the international documents, with a view to bridge existing gaps in the portuguese legal framework. In Portugal we have witnessed a great development of companies dedicated to a particular type of construction, but not always this evolution is duly accompanied by the technical documents and national standards. Industrial ground floors are such that, insofar as is necessary to use foreign documents and standards to achieve the design and execution of such works. Thus, references will be made to foreign standards, with high recurrence to the english standard TR - 34, which will be the basis to take into account for the design of industrial ground floors. It is intended in this study, the design of a ground floor slab, addressing the practical case.
