Abstract(s)
O presente relatório reporta o trabalho desenvolvido durante o estágio curricular na entidade Câmara Municipal de Cinfães, com o intuito de obter o grau de Mestre em Engenharia Civil, no Ramo de Gestão da Construção. A duração do mesmo compreendeu um período de 4,5 meses, tendo início em meados de fevereiro e término no final do mês de junho deste ano. O presente documento é o resultado de um estágio que permitiu aplicar os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do percurso académico, facilitando deste modo a inserção e a adaptação no mercado do trabalho. No desenvolvimento do relatório, é definido o seu enquadramento seguido de uma breve apresentação da entidade onde o estágio curricular foi realizado. Ao longo do mesmo serão estudadas as várias alterações e inovações feitas ao Decreto-Lei n.º 18/2008 de 29 de janeiro, aprovadas pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 111-B/2017, de 31 de agosto, cuja revisão entrou em vigor a 1 de janeiro de 2018. O relatório aborda a preparação e abertura de alguns procedimentos no âmbito do Código dos Contratos Públicos (CCP), executados ao longo do estágio, os quais permitirão uma maior aprendizagem acerca dos tipos de procedimentos e respetivas peças existentes, bem como a abertura e análise de propostas. Por fim, enunciam-se algumas considerações e posteriores conclusões alusivas ao trabalho desenvolvido.
The present report relates to the work developed during the curricular internship at the Municipal Council of Cinfães, in order to accomplish the degree of Master in Civil Engineering, in the Construction Management branch. Its duration comprised a period of 4.5 months, beginning in mid-February and ending at the end of June of the present year. The present document is the result of an internship in which the knowledge acquired during the course of the academic career has been applied, thus facilitating the insertion and adaptation in the labor market. In the development of the report, it’s set its framework followed by a brief presentation of the entity where the curricular internship was carried out. Throughout the document it will be studied the various changes and innovations made to Decree-Law no. 18/2008 of January 29, approved by Decree-Law no. 111-B / 2017, of August 31, whose revision came into force on January 1, 2018. The report addresses the preparation and opening of a number of procedures under the Código dos Contratos Públicos (CCP) (Public Procurement Code in Portuguese), carried out during the internship, which will allow for a greater learning about the types of procedures and their existing parts, as well as the opening and analysis of proposals. Finally, some considerations and subsequent conclusions referring to the work developed are presented.
