Os cosméticos são aplicados na pele para a limpar, perfumar, modificar a sua aparência e proteger e manter o seu equilíbrio, sem alterar a sua estrutura ou funções. Os sabonetes líquidos das mãos e géis de banho são cosméticos com função de limpeza da pele. Para que estes sejam produzidos com qualidade e de acordo com os requisitos legais, é necessário respeitar a norma ISO 22716:2007 que indica quais as boas práticas de fabrico de cosméticos, contendo informações acerca das características obrigatórias do espaço e estrutura onde estes devem ser produzidos, assim como a organização de pessoas e fluxo de materiais, qualidade da água e documentação necessária. Os objetivos deste estágio são o design de uma sala funcional de acordo com a norma e a avaliação comparativa de aspetos físico-químicos e sensoriais (através da realização de um inquérito) de um sabonete líquido das mãos e o gel de banho produzidos pela A2BRIOS com outros produtos semelhantes existentes no mercado, de modo a ser feito um ajuste da qualidade/preço das amostras da A2BRIOS. Assim, foi construída uma sala apropriada para o enchimento e fecho de embalagens cosméticas, apesar de esta ainda não estar a funcionar, tendo em conta a minimização de contaminações cruzadas entre pessoas/materiais a entrar na sala e o produto a ser produzido, que todos os seus constituintes devem possuir um material resistente e ser facilmente higienizáveis de acordo com os planos de higiene realizados, que a iluminação da sala deve ser adequada, que todos os funcionários se encontrem dentro dela com equipamentos de proteção individual e com as mãos lavadas e que todas as informações que sejam alvo de registo sejam documentadas em impressos próprios e guardadas nos devidos locais. No que diz respeito à análise comparativa dos cosméticos, as amostras de sabonete líquido das mãos e gel de banho formulados pela A2BRIOS possuíram um comportamento semelhante à marca mais cara do mercado, no entanto, as fórmulas devem ser otimizadas de modo a aumentar a qualidade dos produtos.
Cosmetics are applied to the skin to clean, scent, modify its appearance and protect and maintains its balance, without changing its structure or functions. Lquid hand soaps and bath gels are cosmetis with skin cleansing function. In order to produce cosmetics with quality and in accordance with the legal requirements, it is necessary to comply with ISSO 22716:2007 which indicates the good practices in the manufacture of cosmetics, such as the required characteristics of the space and structure where they will br produced, as well as the organization of peolple and flow of materials, water quality and necessary documentation. The aims of this internship are the design of a functional room according to the standard and a comparative evaluation of physical-chemical and sensorial aspects (by carrying out na inquiry) of a hand soap and bath gel produced by the A2BRIOS with similar products avalable on the market, in order to adjust their quality/price. Thus, a suitable room for the filling and closing of cosmetic packaging has been constructed, although i tis not yet functioning, taking into account the minimization of cross contamination between people/materials entering the room and the product to be produced, that all its constituints must have a resistantt and are easy to clean according to the hygiene plans previously made, that the room lighting should be most adequate, that all employees are inside it with personal protective equipment and with washed hands and that all the information is documented onits own forms and stored in appropriate places. With regard to the comparative analysis of cosmetics, the hand soap and shower gel samples formulated by A2BRIOS have been similar to the best brando n the market, however, the formulas need to be optimizes in order to increase their quality.
