Abstract(s)
O tema proposto trata de explorar as complexas interações entre língua, cultura,
turismo e gastronomia na região de Vila Real de modo a compreender como a língua e a
cultura interagem e se projetam na terminologia gastronómica, representando esta uma
excelente estratégia de motivação para despertar o interesse pela cultura de uma
determinada zona, atraindo visitantes e promovendo o turismo gastronómico e cultural
dos lugares em que se insere.
Aspetos como a religiosidade e superstições, peregrinações e superstições, lendas
e tradições ou vinhos e iguarias gastronómicas típicas e produzidas localmente são a base
de boas práticas de um turismo sustentável que promove a região, criando riqueza e
catapultando o seu desenvolvimento económico sustentável.
A criação de um roteiro gastronómico com objetivos culturais e sugestões
diferenciadas completa o circuito deste trabalho, dando exemplo de algumas abordagens
práticas do tratamento do tema inicialmente proposto.
The proposed theme aims to explore the complex interactions between language, culture, tourism, and gastronomy in the Vila Real region in order to understand how language and culture interact and project themselves into gastronomic terminology, representing an excellent motivational strategy to awaken the interest in the culture of a given area, attracting visitors and promoting gastronomic and cultural tourism in the places in which it is located. The creation of a gastronomic itinerary with cultural objectives and different suggestions completes the circuit of this work, giving an example of some practical approaches to treating the initially proposed theme.
