Abstract(s)
O objetivo deste trabalho é a criação de uma Associação Mutualistas de todos os
trabalhadores do Grupo Município de Vila Nova de Gaia, independentemente do seu
vínculo laboral, e que engloba não só os trabalhadores do Município propriamente dito,
mas também de todas as empresas que existam ou que possam vir a ser cridas e sobre as
quais o município tenha posição dominante. Trata-se de uma entidade da Economia Social
que terá como objetivo oferecer aos seus associados benefícios de apoio na doença em
regime de complementaridade à ADSE e, ao mesmo tempo, em função dos anos de
comparticipação um complemento de reforma que permita aos trabalhadores do
município aquando da sua reforma ou aposentação continuarem a usufruir de um
rendimento que seja próximo daquele que usufruíam enquanto se encontravam na sua
vida ativa. Merece especial destaque referir que pretende-se que nesta Associação
Mutualista, o Município de Vila Nova de Gaia tenha um papel ativo, sendo um associado
contribuinte e abrindo-se a possibilidade de poder vir a integrar o Conselho Fiscal da
mesma.
The objective of this work is to create a Mutualist Association of all workers from the Vila Nova de Gaia Municipal Group, regardless of their employment relationship and which encompasses not only workers from the Municipality itself but also from all companies that exist or that may come to be believed and over which the municipality has a dominant position. This is a Social Economy entity whose objective will be to offer its members sickness support benefits in addition to the ADSE and at the same time, depending on the years of contribution, a retirement supplement that allows municipal workers upon their retirement or retirement continue to enjoy an income that is close to that which they enjoyed while they were working. It should be noted that the Municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia is intended to play an active role in this Mutualist Association, being a contributing member and opening up the possibility of being able to join its Supervisory Board.
