Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio descreve e analisa o desenvolvimento
profissional da formanda, toda a ação efetivada no contexto de creche, com um
grupo de crianças com idades entre 12 e 24 meses e no contexto de educação
pré-escolar numa sala com um grupo heterogêneo, com idades entre três e seis
anos. Encontram-se explanados os processos educativos de observação,
planificação, ação, reflexão e avaliação, inerentes à metodologia de
investigação-ação, que nortearam a ação da mestranda, sendo essenciais ao
processo de desenvolvimento profissional da formanda. Para a fundamentação
dos processos educativos a mestranda serviu-se de referentes teóricos e legais,
apoiando e sustentando as práticas da formanda ao longo do estágio em ambas
as valências. Ao longo do relatório evencia-se o papel do/a educador/a de
infância, pretendendo-se constatar todo o processo de desenvolvimento das
competências profissionais da mestranda adotando uma postura indagatória e
reflexiva sobre as suas práticas de forma a colmatar algumas dificuldades e
construir a sua identidade profissional. Ademais, evidencia-se a imagem da
criança como ser competente, que deve ser observado, escutado e respeitado,
detentor de capacidades de ser sujeito e agente do seu processo de
aprendizagem.
This internship report describes and analyzes the professional development of the master´s student and all the action taken in the daycare setting with a group of children´s between the ages of twelve and twenty-four months, and in the context of preschool education in a room with a heterogeneous group, with ages ranging from three to six years. The educational processes of observation, planning, action, reflection and evaluation, which are inherent to the actionresearch methodology, are exposed, which guided the master´s student, being essential to the process of professional development. For the substantiation of the educational processes the master´s student served on theoretical and legal references, supporting and sustaining the practices of the master´s student throughout the stage in both valences. Throughout the report the role of the childhood educator was evidenced, aiming to verify the entire process of developing the professional skills of the master student adopting an investigative and reflective attitude about their practices in order to overcome some difficulties and build their professional identity. In addition, the child's image is shown as being competent, which must be observed, listened to and respected, possessing the capacity to be subject and agent of their learning process.
